How to push a lightweight tag to a remote repository with git

I want to push all annotated tags in one go, but without pushing lightweight tags. How do I do this?

Accepted Answer

`git push --tags` does not distinguish between annotated tags and lightweight tags. This is therefore not possible.

`git push --only-annotated-tags` pushes only annotated tags.
